Guitar Set Up

At RockIt Guitar Repair we can help get your guitar up and ready to make awesome music.

  • Electric 6 string $50 + strings

  • Acoustic $45 + strings

  • 12 String $75+ strings

  • Bass Guitar $50 + Strings

Included in a normal setup:

  • Adjust Truss Rod

  • Set string height for neck and pickups

  • Oil Fretboard (Linseed, used for many years) Clean and Polish, new strings, check intonation and controls.

Replace/add New Guitar Parts

Guitars both new and old need parts to be switched out and or replaced. Luckily at Rockit Guitar Repair we can assist you with all your replacement and new parts.

  • Re string and wax $15 + strings  

  • Pickups -$35 +cost of part(s)

  • Tone/Volume Controls $25 + parts

  • Pickup selector switch 3 way $25 + part, 3-5 way $35 + part

  • Machine Heads $30 + part

  • Input Jack $15 + part

  • Acoustic Strap Button – $7 + part

  • Floyd Rose – restring, set up $75 + strings

Guitar Fret Work

Most guitar frets can be leveled, crowned, and polished. This requires time and patience because the neck is where it happens.

  • Level and crown $100 + strings

  • Polish Frets $50 + strings

  • Dress Fret Ends $25 -$50. No jagged edges, no blood
