Guitar Strings

When guitar strings are dirty, old, or lack tone quality, that is the time you should change them. Not only do old strings effect Intonation but poor-quality strings affect your playing and practicing time here in Marietta, Kennesaw, Roswell and Alpharetta Georgia.

How do you play; hard, medium, soft? The guitar players in Alpharetta and Marietta Ga. play many different ways.  If you are the type that strums your guitar like a serious country or POP star or you really ‘dig in’ when you play, your strings will surely wear out a lot faster. A medium playing style will last quite a bit longer.  To achieve maximum string life, you may want to try Coated strings. I believe however, that you will sacrifice some tonal quality for that extra life.  It has also been said that nickel coated strings will not wear your frets as fast as steel.
