Time for wax and neck treatment

Whenever you change strings you gain access to places under the strings, notably, the bridge and tail stop. Your guitar will appreciate a coat of wax to bring back the shine.  Also, don’t forget to add some treatment to the fretboard on the neck. I use Linseed oil on Rosewood and Ebony.  The wood gets dry and dirty.  Use sparingly. I also use 0000 steel wool and rub very lightly to remove dirt and grime.  The neck will come out looking very pleasing and will feel great.
